Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can return or exchange any item purchased on Karn Goode within 7 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
Returns

You can return any purchase as long as the garment has not been worn (aside from trying it on for size of course) and is still in resellable condition with all original packaging intact (please do not remove the hangtag). Your return item can either be exchanged for a new item, or you can get a refund for it.

You’ll have to cover and arrange the return shipping (please note, any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us). In case of exchange, we’ll cover the shipping cost of any replacement items.

Write an email to info.karngoode@gmail.com and our team will get back to you with instructions.

Exchanges

You can exchange any item(s) for another color or size as long as we have it in stock.

You’ll have to cover and arrange the return shipping (please note, any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by us). We’ll cover the shipping cost of any replacement items.

We’ll send your replacement item(s) within two working days. Once your exchange order ships you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with all tracking details and it should arrive to you according to ordinary shipping time.

Please note that you can only exchange your garment for another size or color of the same style. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we kindly ask you to return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.
